City Grounds was inspired by and caters to the urban cycling lifestyle. They are dedicated to providing customers with quality merchandise and impeccable service. They’re not just a bike shop, they’re a lifestyle retailer.
Abandoned Cart Brief:
Customers abandon their carts for a variety of reasons. The Abandoned Cart series reminds customers about their incomplete checkouts and motivates them to return and finalize the order.
Primary Objective: increase the checkout completion rate
Secondary Objectives: decrease conversion time after abandonment, maximize average order value (e.g. minimize discounting)
I wrote the copy and did some design (swapped out a few hero images based on the client’s notes, our design team did most of the work on that front).
SMS Campaign Brief
Encourage and educate existing email subscribers to sign up for SMS.
