Role: Supervising Producer / Project Manager
- Managed 6-12 month production cycles across multiple properties per season, balancing tight construction timelines with editorial and broadcast delivery.
- Oversaw budgets exceeding $275K per episode, liaising with network execs, legal, and talent to align on scope, compliance, and deadlines — throughout 50 episodes.
- Led cross-functional teams (camera, sound, graphics, producers, post, trade outs) across Tampa, Orlando, and Dallas locations; adjusted resources in real-time to meet shifting needs.
- Built and maintained production schedules (shooting, post, graphics, internal and client approvals), ensuring on-time delivery for over 30 episodes.
- Acted as primary point of contact for network notes, vendor coordination, and stakeholder communication, including managing feedback loops between creative, production, and delivery.
- Tools used: Google Workspace, Excel budget trackers, Slack, Zoom, AVID Media Composer, Box, Airtable for deliverables tracking, and network-specific portals for legal/delivery paperwork.
